Leadership is not Management

You lead people... You manage things Another great thought-provoking exchange on LinkedIn. If you are not using this tool at least once a week, you could be missing some great meetings of the minds. This morning brought the chance to comment on leadership. Actually, the person was seeking blogs that focus on leadership... like this one. I do not believe that you can lead without a focus on throughput. Ever hear anyone ask, "Who can lead us back into the world of less?" Me either. It has been said that everything is either growing, or it is dying. Very little status quo. So why would one seek "more of the same?"
