It captures the reason for my excitement for his Constraints Management Model (CMM), which is the combining of Eli Goldratt's Theory of Constraints (TOC) and Col. John Boyd's OODA Loop. As documented in Dettmer's Strategic Navigation. If you are not a military history buff, skip the first 26 pages. But if you are serious about producing results, this is the one Dettmer book to own.
