This is a great new year's day find... as I popped into the mall and scanned the biz book section for any new arrivals. Sure enough, there it was: "the dream manager".
With foreword by Patrick Lencioni (The Five Dysfunctions of a Team). Another great author.
Written as a business novel, this is a lot of fun to read. And packs a huge message. How important are your people?
